[mythtv-users] Mythtranscode: Profiles???

I'm just getting my head around Myth... My latest quest is to rewrite the MPG files with the commercials clipped. My MPGs are already AVC so I don't want to truely transcode at this point. For now, I'd just like to have the codecs copied to a new file of the same container type but with the sections of the stream deemed to be commercials clipped out. I assume using mythtranscode is the correct method of attack. If not, other suggestions are welcome...

For fun, here is what I tried: mythtranscode -c 1625 -s 20090506230000 --honorcutlist

Result:
2009-05-09 13:44:08.004 Using runtime prefix = /usr/local
2009-05-09 13:44:08.004 Empty LocalHostName.

2009-05-09 13:44:08.013 Closing DB connection named 'DBManager0'
2009-05-09 13:44:08.013 Enabled verbose msgs: important
2009-05-09 13:44:08.015 New DB connection, total: 2
2009-05-09 13:44:08.175 Using protocol version 44
2009-05-09 13:44:08.510 [h264 @ 0x1281810]mmco: unref short failure
2009-05-09 13:44:08.768 Transcode: Looking for autodetect profile: Autodetect from 720p
2009-05-09 13:44:08.768 Transcode: Couldn't find profile for : H.264
2009-05-09 13:44:08.769 Transcoding aborted, no profile found.

How/Where do I setup a profile for H.264 so mythtranscode finds what it needs? Under the setup section in the frontend, I found recorded and transcoder profiles and created a profile called H.264 (setting it to lossless transcode) but this didn't seem to do anything.
