No I've not changed the master backend names.

I have however worked out what is happening and I think it is something 
to do with time zones, probably following the end of Daylight saving 
(although it's odd that it doesn't occur for all recordings prior to the 
change.

On closer inspection on the failing frontends, the start times of the 
affected recordings are 1 hour earlier then the real start times. This 
means that when the program is selected the base file name is 
incorrectly built.

Now all I need to do is work out how to fix it!
