If you don't have phpMyAdmin installed it's probaly easier just to use
mysql. The following should work :-

mysql -u mythtv -p
<enter password>

use mythconverg;
insert into settings (value,data,hostname) values ('LCDServerHost',
'127.0.0.1', null);
