[mythtv-users] How to tell mythtv to change the time zone

I must have clicked the wrong spot on the map and not noticed it when
I did a fresh install of mythbuntu 9.10 a couple of weeks ago.
Anyway, it thought I was in eastern Africa somewhere.

I googled and got the way to tell ubuntu to change the time zone, and
the system is nowdisplaying the correct US eastern time zone times.

However, mythtv is still in eastern Africa. Needless to say, it's a
nuisance trying to find the shows I want to record since they're at 3
AM the next day, instead of 8 or 10 PM tonight.

Is there a good way to tell mythtv to change this? Reinstalling
wouldn't be tragic (I haven't actually gotten a usable recording yet),
but would be a nuisance.

I've been singing. I've been taking a part in White sand and grey
sand. I don't know anything about it. Never mind. I'll take any part
in anything. It's all the same, if you're loud enough.
