[mythtv-users] Adding a button to the UI Myth 0.22

Kudos to the Myth Developers.  Myth 0.22 looks great and seems to be working
pretty good.  I installed it 2 days ago and haven't had any issues.  Install
was easy (thank Mythbuntu folks).

Anyway I was trying to add a button the the Media Library to kick off Hulu
Desktop and MythVodka.  Anyway both instructions I've read reference a file
in /usr/share/mythtv called mainmenu.xml.  I can't find it anywhere.

So can someone tell me how to add a button to the Media Library page and
what file to do it in.
