[mythtv-users] mythtv newer than 0.21 (july2008) screws up PVR500 picture

I believe also that 0.22 uses the latest IVTV IOCTL and such.  Would also be
worth ensuring you are on the latest version of the IVTV driver and not an
older version that maybe shipped with the OS.
