Debian proper doesn't include MythTV at all.  MythTV is available for
Debian in Christian Marillat's unofficial repository at
debian-multimedia.org.  If you have questions about his plans for the
upcoming .22 release and for which distributions he'll be making
packages, you're probably best off just asking him.

I'm running on Debian unstable and find that he usually gets new
releases out relatively quickly, at least for unstable.
