After some investigation last night, I think this is where my issue
resides. Before I made changes, I was able to get streaming to sort
of work and I could get a download of the recorded file.

Ii think I have some left over cruft in my apache setup from what I've
done before.

I guess my question is now that I've got the MythTV backend server set
to stream off an alternate (non-ssl) port, and I've uncommented the
mythtv apache conf file to allow for streaming outside of
authentication, how do I set up the virtual host to just allow access
to the streaming on the non-ssl port.
