If your home directory (and hence themcache in ~/.mythtv/themecache) is on a
filesystem with either actimeo=0 or noac, then that will slow down image
loading since we check the timestamp on the disk cached images before we load
them from either the in-memory image cache or the on-disk image cache.

Responsiveness for me went up when I changed my actimeo to something other
than actimeo=0.
