I had one of their USB devices and I never was able to get it to work
properly. The best I could do was to get one emitter to work but even
then it sharted out errors after every lirc command. They responsive
and attempt to be helpful at resolving issues, so perhaps you'll get
it resolved, but I ended up giving up and sending it back. I've heard
that the serial devices are more reliable but have no experience with
them. I ended up going homebrew.
