[mythtv-users] Some channels have no guide data after mythfilldatabase

I sent out an email about mythfilldatabase giving the error seen on the wiki
page and then doing the mysqlcheck, all was ok, but still the same error. I
then went searching and from this thread
http://www.gossamer-threads.com/lists/mythtv/users/207392#207392  I tried
the command:

 ALTER DATABASE mythconverg DEFAULT CHARACTER SET latin1;

Which allowed mythfilldatabase to work properly, however there are a bunch
of channels that it still has not retrieved data for (They just run Unknown
throughout).
