yey, that solved the problem. thx a lot Tom.

while fixing my svn checkout I noticed that the url on:
http://wiki.github.com/MarcT/mt-mythtv-0.22-fixes of the XML is wrong,
I it should point to
http://cloud.github.com/downloads/MarcT/mt-mythtv-0.22-fixes/mt-mythtv-0.22-fixes.xml
