Hi,

I own a DCT-6416 and DCT6200 and have been seeing the same problems
(channel changing works; but zero-length recordings) intermittently
ever since I got the boxes over a year ago. I suspect the problem is
not on Shaw's end, because if I restart mythbackend in the middle of a
recording a zero-length show recording, the show will sometimes
restart recording properly.

This has resulted in about 25% to 33% of my shows not being recorded
at all. I would love to find some way of deleting these zero-length
recordings and rescheduling them so that I can at least catch the West
Coast feeds (even in SD, if needed).

I am also on Shaw on Vancouver, BC.
