[mythtv-users] New theme (blue-abstract) for MythTV 0.22+ available

Hello everybody,

I have uploaded a new version of the theme.
Changes beside some alignment fixes are:
- Added the originalairdate into some recordings and schedule screens.
- Fixed the missing tag <template>.
- Added the subtitle below the title in some recordings and video screens.
- Added the parental level information.
