That's the important message... it means that it thinks all the 
dependencies are in for tv_grab_uk_bleb.

The commands to build XMLTV.
perl Makefile.PL   (you can just hit <enter> for everything since we 
know the grabber you want has a "yes")
make
sudo make install

(you can leave out sudo if you're already root)

Next you can try the "tv_grab_uk_bleb".

If it still doesn't work, try "tv_grab_uk_bleb --version" to see if it's 
the one you installed.  If not, specify the path to the one that "make 
install" put it.
