Greets again, mythtv-users,
while my struggle with xmltv etc I dropped my setup a few times, deleted
and recreated all cards/sources/channels repeatedly.
What I note now is that I seem to have lost the ability to record
multiple channels from one multiplex.
I followed:
http://www.mythtv.org/wiki/Record_multiple_channels_from_one_multiplex
(dropped all cards, recreated ...)
with rescan of channels but still get msgs like:
2009-09-02 18:38:15.997 TVRec(2): Changing from None to WatchingLiveTV
2009-09-02 18:38:16.026 ChannelBase(2): IsTunable(DVBInput,1) Channel is
valid, but tuner is busy on different multiplex (28 != 44)
2009-09-02 18:38:16.050 ChannelBase(2): IsTunable(DVBInput,1) Channel is
valid, but tuner is busy on different multiplex (28 != 44)
2009-09-02 18:38:16.088 ChannelBase(2) Warning: Setting start channel
'1' failed,
selected to '52' on input 'DVBInput' instead.
2009-09-02 18:38:16.111 TVRec(2): HW Tuner: 2->2

I use 2 identical Hauppauge WinTV-Nova-S DVB-S cards.
Multirec worked fine already, I know.
An issue I don't understand in this context: input groups.
How to use them? I choose "Generic" for all of them, when I check back,
mythtv seems to have changed the value to "DVB0" on card 0, and to
"DVB1" on card 1. Might this be related to multirec somehow?
I wasn't able to answer this by googling so maybe you can help ...
Thanks a lot, Stefan
