Too bad about the s-video requirement -- otherwise I would repeat my
recommendation for an ION board.  A dual-core Atom version will
*almost* keep up with real-time commflagging of the 2 HDHR tuners
(better than real-time for SD recordings, and about 80% real-time for
HD).  VDPAU is probably required for viewing high-def HDHR recordings.
 The ION will be a little more expensive than a standard AMD build,
but it is much better for being compact and nearly or completely
silent.
