The card has two independent ports and it can be run in dual-head mode.
This is what I do so that I can have a 1920x1080 screen for
mythfrontend, and a 1024x768 screen for doing normal desktop stuff.

I use an HDMI cable to connect the card to my TV. The other port I use
the supplied DVI->VGA adapter.
