An educated guess: your channel(s) are still not configured properly.
They could well be configured correctly to receive XMLTV listings, but
are not (or no longer) associated with the DVB tuning information they
need to be recordable.

If you want to email your channel, dtv_multiplex and videosource
tables from the mythconverg database, and your XMLTV config file I can
have a look at them to see if there's anything obviously wrong.
