[mythtv-users] UTF-8 display works find on trunk 21727

All the UTF-8 fonts displays correctly for porgram guide.
However, there are some themes not working, like boothtude-wide; myth-center wide missing background color; I didn't tested them all. At least G.A.N.T. works fine, as the default theme.

Thanks everyone. For UTF-8 support, I think it is good to skip 0.21-fix and use trunk version if got problem on it.

Thanks very much. I am trying to download the trunk 21727 version - the only problem is that the speed is *very* slow... a few kB per second.

Good...  That's a /much/ better one to test with than pre-r21726.
