Thanks a lot, Tom.  Thanks to your message, Chris Pinkham found the bug 
and fixed it in [21958].  It was a bug in the log message.

Therefore, one of the directories in your DB Backups storage group 
really doesn't exist (probably the one right before /xxx/db-backup).  
You can either fix it now by checking the directories, or next time 
there's a DB upgrade, it will report the actual directory that doesn't 
exist.
