BTW, there is nothing magical about the e line of chips. These are
just regular chips that have been factory underclocked and
undervolted. Basically if you cut 2 to 4 speed grades off a 65W a
higher frequency (2.6 to 3GHz) K8 X2 chip and lower the voltage
slightly it will easily fit into the 45W category. One could do this
with the in kernel frequency scaling.
