[mythtv-users] Random no recording created issue

Hi Kevin,

I have a single HVR2250 and an old no-name bt787? Based card that I picked
up.  The analog card is not currently attached to an input, as I am only
using the digital card.  I have set my HD channels to have a lower priority,
but before I found that setting I was attempting to manually make sure I
only recorded SD.  I only have an SD television, and that isn't looking to
change soon.  Plus, my system doesn't handle HD playback well, and I would
like to wait for .22 to try VDPAU. I had three recordings work fine
Wednesday, but four failed yesterday.  During this evening, I was using a
mixture of mythfrontend, and mythweb from another machine to check on the
status.

Here is a snipped of my backend log surrounding the first failed recording.
Just before the recording ended I checked with mythweb, and noticed that
there was no preview image.

I don't see any errors at all especially HDD related in any of the log files
I have checked.  I don't see an mdadm log, but I will look into doing some
hard drive testing.
