[mythtv-users] error when fixing database forced by mythtv upgrade

BTW, it's not clear which mc.sql you've meant here - whether the 0.21's
with latin1 or 0.22's with utf8. First I used 0.22's and right now I am
redoing the whole process with 0.21's.

now it is exactly the same as on the wiki page because the 0.21's mc.sql
contains the same commands as are in the wiki (create and alter
latin1).

Now (with 0.21's mc.sql) it's the same error:

with database upgrade. (Table: oldrecorded, Warnings: 265)

And FYI, in the "recorded" table I can see the utf-8 re-encoded in
latin1 twice - so say 'á' is there as "á"
