[mythtv-users] Transcode while ignoring cut list

Now I'm not sure if there is a way to do this so bare with me.
Here is my setup, 1xPVR-150, 1xPVR-250 both setup with ridiculously high
bitrate settings for recording. I use mythtranscode to mp4 reducing the file
size quite a bit. Now I love the commercial flagging but its not always
reliable, so I have set commercial flagging not to start while the recording
starts and auto transcode before flagging in order to ensure there is no cut
list while the transcoding starts. This way once all is done the recordings
are small, contain all the original video and is flagged.
Ideally I'd have the backend start flagging soon as the recording starts,
transcode a day or two later while ignoring the commercial flags/cut list so
it still contain all the original video commercials included and is flagged.
I know you can delay the transcoding but without getting it to ignore the
flags I know it'll cut out important parts of the video at some point.
There is an option in mythbackend setup for transcoding and its just simple
'mythtranscode' no --honorcutlist or -l
