Start LiveTV, then pull up the Menu (default Key binding is "M") and select
the "Switch Input" and then the 2nd tuner.  Then you can tune anything
available to that tuner.

IIRC, this is due to things behaving slightly differently with MultiRec
enabled.  But the above works well...
