With the exception of Max Audio Channels being set to 5.1, this is the
setup I use. My system is actually 7.1 channels, but that is not an
option I can select in MythTV.
Also, while this works, I must run "sudo /etc/init.d/alsa-utils restart"
nearly every time I run the front end or all I get is silence.
