If you want to go Intel, you may be better off looking at the i3s and

No sense getting a low profile cooler if you intend to use this on a

If you're getting an external tuner, do you need a full ATX 
motherboard?  Most HTPC cases available only support up to MicroATX.

Are you intending to do gaming or some other 3D intensive application?  
As far as MythTV/VDPAU is concerned, anything better than a GT220 is 
overkill.
