I would think in this case you could close off the port that myth's internal
webserver is running on and then use apache and mod_proxy to access it.
I've done this a few times with the Zimbra mail server.  It bundles it's own
apache server and I just adjust the port on that and use my normal apache to
proxy requests to it.  Works out great.
