sigh... Forgot to mention step 9b) run command exactly as shown on the
IguanaWorks Deb Downloads Wiki page:
        sudo dpkg -i
and got the syntax error message:
        dpkg: --install needs at least one package archive file argument
followed by the usage instructions for dpkg.

Upshot is still the same, now what?
