[mythtv-users] Trying to run myth on OS X 10.6.4

Ah, welcome to the world of Apple.  (Pointer follows for devs, not users).
Those are identifiers to the Apple window manager.  The correct manner to
handle them is just to strip them from the command lines.  What I got from
the guy at apple who wrote the code was "It was added as a security feature
to the window manager"  (I argued it, but got nowhere.)  It is the Apple
launcher adding the command line options.  I learned of that hack (and to
just remove them) when porting a game to OSX.
