The problem occurs using VDPAU my version is:

NVRM version: NVIDIA UNIX x86_64 Kernel Module  256.35  Wed Jun 16 
18:42:44 PDT 2010

I've switched VDPAU off and all is working fine, except my CPU is now 89%.
