No. I think the "flaws" in Netflix at this point are due strictly to "policy".

The tech is there. It is being spread far in wide. Now, the biggest issue
I think is whether or not certain elements of Big Content will let their
stuff by streamed on Netflix and if so when.

I think the basic cost, deployment and usability by n00b grannies issues
have already been sorted out.

It's like the copy flags on cable card encrypted cable channels.
These even interfere with a Tivo, nevermind MythTV.
That lack of control is why I am not eager to chase after cablecards.
