Howdy Steve,

In order to not break compatibility with existing installs (i.e.,
exactly what you ran into with the Centos update), you have to
manually select moving forward to 0.23.1. If you haven't already,
you'll need to enable auto-builds
(http://www.mythbuntu.org/auto-builds). If you do already have
auto-builds enabled, I believe that you need to update to the latest
mythbuntu-repos pacakge and reconfiguring (either via MCC or sudo
dpkg-reconfigure mythbuntu-repos).
