[mythtv-users] New install - Win 7 DB Schema will not upgrade

This is my first ever MythTV install so please be gentle 8-)

Win 7 Ultimate 32bit
mysql 5.1.53-win322
MythTV version: 0.24 svn 27367

I create my database and make sure I set the characterset as recommended in
the wiki. Then I run mythbackend and it starts to update the schemas which
go fine until it gets to 1261. The setup fails to upgrade from there on. I
have dropped and recreated the database many times but I still get the same
issue.
