I have a video sample. 

Bones, recorded last night from NY Fox 5 and transcoded. On the internal 
player it shows a static image of the first frame with audio playing. If you 
hit escape, the current frame comes up. If you go back to playing, that same 
frame stays up and never changes.  File plays fine in mplayer.

Unfortunately it's a 1.5gig file. Is there a realistic way to extract a 
sample ?
