[mythtv-users] migrating from 0.23 to new server running 0.24

I currently have an 0.23 mythbuntu setup.  I'm looking to migrate to a new
server running 0.24.  My plan is:

1)  Backup database on old server (mythbuntu 0.23)
2)  Upgrade old server to 0.24
3)  Backup the 0.24 database on old server
4)  Copy recordings & videos to same directory structure on new server
5)  Restore the 0.24 database on new server running 0.24

Am I missing anything?
