[mythtv-users] Is there any way to determine what a frontend is doing?

As the subject reads, is there any way of telling what a remote frontend is
doing? ie, sitting idle, playing back a video from mythvideo (with title
or filename), playing back a recording (title or filename would be useful),
idling after launching an external program (ie mame, mplayer, xine, hulu,
etc)

I'm trying to troubleshoot a frontend that I'm not physically in front of
and see that the frontend is taking up a bit of CPU activity. I believe
it's playing back a video, but I can't be sure of that. My google-fu is
slipping. I swear I saw a similar question asked, but can't find it.
