[mythtv-users] After upgrade, can't play mkv files

After doing an upgrade to latest trunk from Avenard repository this 
weekend, myth video can no longer play h264 mkv files it could play 
previously.  MPG files are fine.

Mplayer can play them from it's gui.

This is what I get from mythtv when I try to play the video:
