The video decoders in the GT210, GT220, and GT430 cards are _exactly_ 
the same.  They all support "feature set C".  They all support decoding 
of the same codecs.  They all support the same improved scalars from 
previous cards.  They all handle the same bitrates and resolutions.  The 
difference is the GT210 is not a sufficiently powerful card to run the 
Advanced 2X deinterlace filter on 1080i60 content.  That has nothing to 
do with the video decoder, as deinterlacing is performed in shader code 
on the actual graphics core.
