That's an apparently known issue with the ubuntu kernel headers,
should be able to just disable building the firedtv driver and
go on your merry way. At a glance, I'm not sure what the proper
way to do that is though. Brute force method would be to just
comment out the lines in v4l/Makefile.media that reference
CONFIG_DVB_FIREDTV*.
