[mythtv-users] mplayer subtitles are always on

I've noticed that mplayer just doesn't like to start with subs off. I ended
up finding a patch online that fixed it. I have no idea what it's not the
default. Allow me to specify a sub, such, but please allow the default to be
OFF for those of us that don't care for them.
