I don't know if this is standard, or not, but, our television has three 
different HDMI inputs, and one of them is an input that has HDMI, and 
RCA jacks.

So, I run the DVI-HDMI cable to it, and a second cable from my sound 
jack on the MB to the RCA input for it.

Works great, and really cheap!
