[mythtv-users] Problems on restart

hey List.

I've updated my MythTV install to latest version and getting this in the 
end while starting the backend:

Where can I set these settings ??? I've looked everywhere for this 
setting, I've deleted all cards and reinstalled them, but still getting 
this error.
I'm allso experiencing some lacking - but since I have my MBE in the 
garage with all tunercards in - and using GB-LAN to connect from 
severals frontens - I'm getting lack on the movie - (normally first 
after an 15min of movie running? )
What can carse this - and can I do something about it????
