[mythtv-users] tvdb_api failure for one frontend

Yanni,
    The wiki states "ttvdb requires Python v2.5 or higher". Assuming 
that is not the issue then please try the following from a terminal and 
paste the results in a reply message.

 > /dir containing the ttvdb script/ttvdb.py -v

This should invoke the same error you see in the FE logs. Make sure to 
post the whole set of error messages. FYI: The current trunk version of 
ttvdb.py is (v1.0.7).

Also:
 > ls -ls "/dir containing the ttvdb script/tmdb"

If the "tmdb" directory does not exist then that would be the issue.
