I'm using mythtv .21 and mythdvd on CentOS 5.1
when I attempt to rip a DVD, after finally getting all the folders
correct, and permissions correct, it still doesn't work. (there's no
AVI created)
if I look at the output of mtd -n, I have
10:32:06: job thread finished ripping dvd title
10:32:08: transcode command will be: transcode -i
/home/share/video/tmp/Movie/vob/ -g 720x480 -M 2 -V -y xvid -A -N
0x2000 -o /home/share/video/dvd/Movie.avi --print_status 20 --color 0
-R 2,twopass.log
2010-01-02 10:32:10.515 Deleting file:
/home/share/video/tmp/THE_DAY_AFTER_TOMORROW/vob/Movie.vob
10:32:12: job finished successfully: job dvd 1 1 2 1 -1
/home/share/video/dvd/Movie
ls
There's a number of problems there.
transcode -i /home/share/video/tmp/Movie/vob/ -g 720x480 -M 2 -V -y
xvid -A -N 0x2000 -o /home/share/video/dvd/TMovie.avi --print_status
20 --color 0 -R 2,twopass.log
-The .vob file isna't actually specified in the command line
If I place a VOB file in /home/share/video/tmp/Movie/vob/ , and run
the command manually, I get all sorts of errors (-V doesn't specific
a format, --print_status doesn't show up as an option on the man
page, --color ditto).
What's going on here?
