We had to come up with what we felt were a fair and manageable
standard for a usable theme, which means covering all the screens that
the majority of people use.  Good or bad, Mythwelcome is not used by
the vast majority of people.  Sorry the rules aren't to your liking,
but that's just the way it is.  There's nothing stopping one from
theming more than the required minimum-- in fact, it's encouraged.
Anyway, if a theme comes of the competition that you like, but lacks a
custom Mythwelcome theme, you will be more than welcome to add it as
all competition themes will be GPLv2.
