Is this a fresh install of the OS? Anything else running that could talk to
the HDHR? I'm using an HDHR on Ubuntu 9.10 with Myth .22 and haven't had any
trouble like this. I don't have it on it's own NIC though. Have you tried
updating the HDHR firmware? I'm not aware of any way to get the HDHR to
start sending data by itself, so something is likely asking for data. The
trick is finding out what. Anything media related in "ps ax"?
