TrueHD worked until it was split out from the MLP decoder in ffmpeg,
at which point it became loud white noise static. When the audio
changes went in post-.22, I began to experience the persistent
stuttering. There have been no improvements in this since then. I am
hopeful that some ffmpeg improvements to the TrueHD decoder will help
us in the next ffmpeg sync, but remain reserved. I'm not absolutely
convinced that this issue isn't in our audio code.
