You could try running it down either the left or right side all the way 
to the floor.  Remove the baseboard and run it horizontally behind the 
baseboard until you reach a stud bay behind the TV and run it up that 
stud bay to the desired height.  Place your outlet box (mud ring) there. 
  Be careful not to make the bends in the cable too sharp.
